a certificate issued by the Head of the Tax Office, in the case of the sale of property or property rights obtained by virtue of the title specified in art. 1 of the Inheritance and Donation Tax Act (in particular on the basis of a donation agreement or free transfer of joint ownership after January 1, 2007 or from a drop regardless of the date of acquisition), which will indicate, among other things, that the purchase tax did not belong, was paid or the tax liability expired, so there is no obstacle on the part of the Head of the Tax Office to disclose property rights, in accordance with art. 19 of the Inheritance and Donation Tax Act,

a certificate from the Cooperative about having the right to a flat, which also shows that there is no debt in the fees and whether the land on which the building in which the rights in question are located has regulated land,

current excerpt from the land and mortgage register, if a land and mortgage register is kept for this right, which may also be downloaded by the Law Firm from the Ministry of Justice,

personal data of buyers and sellers (names, surnames, names of parents, marital status, residence addresses, identity card numbers or passports, giving the validity date, PESEL numbers),

certificate that no one is registered in the premises.

current extract from the land and mortgage register, which may also be downloaded by the Law Office from the Ministry of Justice,

personal data of buyers and sellers (names, surnames, names of parents, marital status, residence addresses, identity card numbers or passports, giving the validity date, PESEL numbers),

a certificate that no one is registered in the premises,

certificate that there is no debt in the payment of operating fees

an excerpt from the local spatial development plan for the purpose of the land or a certificate of its absence

personal data of buyers and sellers (names, surnames, names of parents, marital status, residence addresses, identity card numbers or passports, giving the validity date, PESEL numbers),

In the case of detaching a geodetic land and its entry in the new land and mortgage register:

  • extracts from the land register along with a footnote from the cadastral map with the annotation that this document is intended for making an entry in the land and mortgage register,

In the case of division of real estate:

  • extracts from the land register along with a footnote from the cadastral map with the annotation that this document is intended for making an entry in the land and mortgage register,
  • the final decision approving the division of the property,

Personal data preparing the will (name, surname, parents ‘names, marital status, ID card or passport number, PESEL number, registered address, date of birth), details of the person appointed for inheritance (names, surname, parents’ names, PESEL number, registered address, date of birth).

Power of attorney to sell the property

Personal data of the principal (names, surname, parents’ names, marital status, ID card or passport number, PESEL, NIP, registered address), personal data of the proxy (names, surname, names of parents, PESEL number, registered address),
description of the property, preferably – a simple copy from the land and mortgage register.

6.   

Act of inheritance certificate

The testator’s death certificate, the testator’s will (if it has been drawn up), the civil status records of the heirs (birth certificates or marriage certificates),
certificate of the deceased PESEL number.

7.   

Marital property contract (e.g. intercran)

Shortened copy of the marriage certificate, personal data of the spouses (names, surname, parents’ names, ID card or passport number, PESEL number, NIP number, registered address).
